Ed founded Lincoln Partners in 2010 and has specialised in legal sector headhunting since 2001.

Prior to starting Lincoln Partners, he worked at MRI Worldwide, a £300m recruitment company and subsidiary of CDI Corporation. In 2006 he moved with the legal team that split from MRI Worldwide to create legal headhunting boutique Chasebridge.

After almost 10 years managing Lincoln Partners, Ed merged the firm with Chasebridge, to start Lincoln Chasebridge in 2020.

Outside legal recruitment, Ed spends as much time as possible with his family. He is married and has a young daughter.

Mike has over 25 years recruitment experience.

Following a career in banking, Mike founded a headhunting office within the MRI Worldwide network in 1995. Management Recruiters International (MRI) is a global recruitment player and Mike lead an office in London which focused solely on the legal sector.

In 2006, Mike left MRI along with its legal office to start independent law consultancy Chasebridge.

After almost 25 years leading the legal office of MRI Worldwide and Chasebridge, Mike merged the firm with Lincoln Partners, to start Lincoln Chasebridge in 2020.

Mike is married and has two boys.
