Mike has over 25 years recruitment experience.
Following a career in banking, Mike founded a headhunting office within the MRI Worldwide network in 1995. Management Recruiters International (MRI) is a global recruitment player and Mike lead an office in London which focused solely on the legal sector.
In 2006, Mike left MRI along with its legal office to start independent law consultancy Chasebridge.
After almost 25 years leading the legal office of MRI Worldwide and Chasebridge, Mike merged the firm with Lincoln Partners, to start Lincoln Chasebridge in 2020.
Mike is married and has two boys.
